Are those all outbound plays?
I would say they are 'warm outbound' as opposed to 'cold outbound.'
3rd party - Zoominfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay
1st party - Use your existing CRM/Sales Engagement/Marketing Automation, can layer on something like Pocus, Common Room, or Apollo
