yeah, having BDRs report to RevOps is a statement for sure (and being 'agent managers). i'm seeing this more (including Clay's SDR team). going to be interesting to see how the space continues to evolve! fun times.
The “foundation before agents” point really stood out to me. Getting the data, systems, and processes right first seems to make everything you build on top of them much more useful.
