We’re back with another edition of the GTM Weekly Round-up.
Let’s dive in.
I’ll be in San Francisco next week for Sculpt.
Sculpt is Clay’s GTM conference (Thursday, Oct 8, Pier 48). They’re 95% sold out (2,000 tickets), but gave me a code for readers of The Signal.
Purchase here, and use THESIGNAL-VIP at checkout for 50% off.
I’ll be doing content at Sculpt. Roaming around with a videographer, doing mini-interviews of attendees. So, if you see me, come say hi and let me ask you a couple of questions! :)
The Signal + Sumble at Fieldwork Brewery
I’m co-hosting an event with Sumble on Thursday night at 7pm at Fieldwork Brewery, right across from Pier 48.
There are no panels and no pitches, just GTM nerds comparing notes on what’s working, and playing some fun yard games. It’s capped at 75 GTM operators. We’re already close to capacity, but reply to this email if you want to join.
Excited to see folks IRL next week!
Weekly GTM Round-up:
Another week, another thing to keep up with. This week, it’s Jev. Here’s a great overview+example by my friend, Andreas Wernicke:
Fun little prompt to try:
Meta is going into Enterprise (all roads lead back to B2B SaaS, baby). And they hired the former CEO of MongoDB to run it. Crazy to see…
Clarify launched Artifacts this week. Build anything you need to win the deal: reps can build one-pagers, proposals, mutual action plans, decks, and deal rooms right inside the CRM, with the deal’s emails, meetings, and history already loaded as context.
I’ve been putting out some clips from an event I participated in last month, hosted by Rox (alongside presenters from XBOW, Clay, and OpenAI). Here’s a compilation of what people told me is not changing in the AI era:
Great email framework:
Chart of the week:
I’m hiring a part-time editor for video; someone who is great at clipping and knows LinkedIn and X (if you refer someone I work with, I will send you $500). Reply to this email if you know someone great. 🙏
Alright, that’s it for this week.
I’m writing from my bed right now, after getting sick from my two kids who had Croup. So, I’ll leave you with this quote:
A healthy person has a thousand wishes, but a sick person has only one.
Enjoy your health!
And as always, thank you for your attention and trust. I do not take it for granted.
See you then,
Brendan 🫡
