Introducing: AI x GTM Summit, by The Signal
RSVP today to secure your spot for the half-day (online) event on December 17th
Hey, y’all! 👋
Today’s post is short and simple. But important! :)
I’m hosting the first official event for The Signal! I see it as an experiment. So, if you want more of these, sign up for this live (online) event, as that will signal to me there is appetite for more events like this.
🚨 Introducing: The AI x GTM Summit
“If your sales leader isn’t in AI tools daily and isn’t genuinely curious about AI, you’re cooked.”
—Jason Lemkin, SaaStr (May ‘25)
AI is here to stay. If you’re reading this, you’re already AI-pilled (or, at least, AI-curious). But not everyone has 20 hours a week to experiment with AI to find the best use cases for it (because you’re busy with 99 other things in your day job).
That’s where we come in. I've spent hundreds of hours figuring out where AI is good (and bad) in GTM, by shipping things and talking to the best B2B SaaS experts on AI. I don’t want to talk about what I’ve learned, in theory. I want to showcase the ways it’s already being used in GTM in 2025—where it’s being shipped into production and working.
That’s what the AI x GTM Summit is all about.
Real, tangible ways that AI is being used within AI-native GTM teams. We’re all learning together, and I believe in net-sum games (not zero-sum). So the goal is to share these so you can use them yourself (or, in Jason’s words, you’re cooked).
Every revenue team is being told they have to hit a bigger number next year, with the same-sized team. GTM leaders need to know how to use AI as a lever, from trusted, agnostic operators who are on the front lines integrating AI into workflows, teams, and systems.
So, I have found the smartest people who are building at the bleeding edge of AI, automation, and modern technologies. And curated six tactical ways to get ahead in 2026. The alpha from 2025 is being shared at this event.
I spent a good portion of this year learning what works (and, 90% of the time, learning what doesn’t!) as it relates to AI in GTM. I want to share these learnings to spark ideas and let you steal and tweak these use cases for your specific go-to-market motion.
The summit is agnostic of tools. None of the presenters are sponsored. Just world-class operators sharing actual examples (not just frameworks) and tactical ways they’ve implemented AI into GTM motions that you can implement this month—not next quarter. I know these are real because I’ve seen these use cases shipped this year.
📅 Agenda
We’ll be presenting six ~20-minute mini-sessions. It will be the highest density of information per minute possible (while still having fun, of course—can’t forget that in B2B!).
