Skills for every rep. A four-layer repo for RevOps. And three AI experiments that got pulled. With Nikko Georgantonis, Head of GTM AI & Systems at Hightouch.
I originally built mammoth knowledgebase markdown files for agents and quickly realized this caused context rot. I’ve since been building easy to manage, modular knowledgebase systems for all the gtm agents I’m running and the difference is HUGE.
Yes shared it in a guest post below, then launched the Dirty Hands newsletter where I am shipping new systems along with Github code for anyone to implement. Sent you a DM with details.
Very cool to see this lines up pretty well with what I’ve seen in my own system and helping clients build out context systems.
The next big hurdle is around permissions and an explicit review process (owners, versions, reviews and releases) so consumers can 100% depend on the context and then an integration layer so nontechnical users can just talk to the thing from regular Claude/chatgpt regardless if they have the files locally or not

have you shared the system publicly?
Another quick note to mention that I'm working on a pretty big overhaul of this approach to embed loop engineering principles more deeply.
